We Heard You.

After three successful years in Shenzhen, the EAL Symposium is going regional. Driven by overwhelming feedback and a growing demand for practical, school-wide language strategies, we are expanding to three new hubs in 2026.

The movement is coming to you. We are thrilled to bring this series to Kuala Lumpur, Kobe, and Shanghai, offering educators across the region the chance to join us at the location that suits them best.

We believe language belongs in every classroomβ€”from Math and Science to PE and the Arts. Join our growing community of educators dedicated to dismantling silos and ensuring that every teacher, regardless of their city or subject, is empowered to be a language teacher.

Linguistic Inclusion

Cultivate a school-wide culture where language learning is recognized as a fundamental part of every subject.

Cross-Disciplinary Synergy

Break down departmental silos by connecting EAL specialists with content teachers in Math, Science, and the Arts.

Action-Oriented Growth

Move beyond passive listening toward concrete, school-specific plans that drive immediate classroom change.

Sustainable Community

Build a lasting support network of regional peers dedicated to supporting multilingual learners.

Choose Your Location

While every event shares our core format, essential questions, and expert-led Innovation Labs, each location features localized content and presenters tailored specifically to the unique needs of educators in that region.

Core Format

Our symposia are designed to be interactive, collaborative, and action-oriented. Every event follows this structured flow:

Essential Questions

Participants will explore practical strategies, share classroom experiences, and learn from colleagues across disciplines. Together, we will ask:

How do content-area teachers integrate language learning into their practice?

What does it look like when language and subject knowledge grow side by side?

How can schools create environments where every teacher feels confident supporting language development?

This symposium is far more than a listening experience. It is a space for active participation, professional exchange, and taking immediate action. You will leave with concrete strategies tailored to your classroom, a renewed sense of inspiration, and a regional community of peers to support your journey long after the event ends.
