Summaries in Action: BIBA’s Faculty Poster Challenge

In April 2025, Beijing International Bilingual Academy transformed a regular staff meeting into a peer-powered learning sprint. With 67 PeerSphere communities running this year, we’ve already created more than 250 session summaries like this one.

To set the scene, BIBA invited PeerSphere co-founder Ewen Bailey to join a live call and give the whole faculty a quick tour of the summaries: what they cover, where to find them and how they can spark fresh ideas.

Straight after the call, faculty split into small groups, each choosing one community to explore and creating a takeaways poster. Laughter and discussion followed! By the end, the walls were alive with practical tips, student-ready strategies, and a buzz of cross-department chat. The results were fantastic, as you can see!
